One-to-One Services
Please call Laura on 0770 332 7330 at your appointment time to indicate when you're ready to begin our discussion.
An initial consultation for mental health professionals looking for a new Clinical Supervisor. Consultations last for up to 45 minutes and give us a chance to meet, discuss areas you would like to explore through supervision, and to find out if the service would be a good fit for you and your needs.
This is an online appointment. Google Meet will be booked automatically for us via the booking page (which can be found in your booking profile or confirmation email), but please contact me directly if you would prefer a Whatsapp, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams or phone session instead. You do not need to bring anything, but often a paper and pen can be a great starting tool for creativity and jotting things down. For phone sessions, simply call Laura on 0770 332 7330 at the time of your appointment when you are ready to start. Supervisees are gently reminded that sessions must start and finish on time; please contact Laura if you are running late to your appointment and it is safe to do so.

Groups & Workshops
Please note that doors open 15 mins before group start time for individuals to be welcomed and settle in.
This is a somatic movement group dedicated to body positivity, confidence, and feeling good in your body. This includes checking in with feelings we hold in our bodies, which can be easy to ignore when life gets busy or our minds are full, and working with said feelings so we can feel more of what want to feel.
We do all this whilst listening to feel-good music (recommendations encouraged!).

A creative and expressive writing group for people interested in ‘getting it all out on the page’. During my early years as a therapist, I worked as a creative writing lecturer, and became passionate about how writing our own stories (both fictional and non-fictional) helps us understand our inner worlds more clearly, as does dramatherapy. This is a therapeutic writing group to promote inner reflection and support, rather than the writing being ‘good’. Sharing is entirely optional, and feedback is only given on what we’re are focusing on: how it made us feel. Headphones are welcome, as are all mediums of near-silent writing (no audible keyboards please).
